When ZACS International LLC was founded in 2010, it was founded under the leadership of Mr Benedetto Catarinicchia, AIA and practiced under the name C-Squared Architecture PC until 2009. In 2009 Mr Catarinicchia along with his firm joined partners Mr. Michael Zalepa, and Mr. John Herman, ESQ in the formation of ZACS International LLC. ZACS International LLC brought together the disperse backgrounds of its partners to assemble a team that can offer our clients unparalleled design and construction management as well as financial consulting services. Our years of experience in both the private and public sector development markets provide us an understanding of stringent budgeting and scheduling issues that must take priority in any project in todays competitive market place. ZACS International LLC is committed to operating with a quality foundation of unwavering ethics and quality results.

ZACS International LLC has completed projects throughout the United States. Our company has been fortunate to have had the opportunity of working with clients from the eastern sea board all the way through out the golden coast of California. We hold licences and have had the pleasure of completing projects in PA, OR, NY, NV, MD, FL, CA, and AZ. Along with working across the country ZACS is able to provide our clients with an unlimited array of services throughout the world and it is through the relationships we have forged throughout our history that we are able to provide seamless professional services anywhere our clients need us to go.
Philosophy
ZACS International LLC assigns a principal-in-charge for each project who are actively involved in the oversight of project management from the commencement through to completion of construction. Our in-house abilities also afford us the opportunity of offering our clients; USGBC LEED Accredited Professionals, professional planning, CAD technicians, interior design studio, roofing specialist, construction administrators and a specification writers.
